Hi guys, sorry for the radio silence. This means no training for me for the past couple off weeks. Hi all, so I finished the first week. Was getting pretty tired towards the end of the week, likely due to my health and getting used to the diet. If you take up this diet, expect to eat a lot of asparagus!
